Hanoi is typical of small urban areas in which the land is divided into lots with an area of ​​about 70-100m2. In this lot houses are often used very diverse, and our customers have maximized the characteristics of the land lot, location in the area and their use needs.

Because the front street is wide, the first floor is used as a showroom. From the 2nd floor to the 4th floor for office, 5th and part of top floors are for families.

With the demand we have created a continuous and front-facing wide floor, functional elements such as stairs, WC area are behind, and a floor area is connected to two blocks of space this together with a small hallway.
